clean-eating for improved health

Clean-Eating: What’s Your Story?

As you may have gathered from some of my previous posts, building The Green Apple Club community from scratch has been a bit of an uphill climb for me. The last six months have involved a fair bit of self-doubt and worry, and that’s without even taking into account the blow of not being able to work out of Costa coffee!

However, as the community has started to grow, more and more of you have started to contact me, through the website, by email and in the new website forums. And as I get to know you and hear more of your stories, it consolidates my belief that the clean-eating lifestyle can and will help so many people.

Like me, many of you have reached a dead-end with your doctors, you have tried the medication available and have been forced to seek alternative forms of managing your problems. Hearing your stories about how clean-eating has helped you to reduce the symptoms of your chronic disease or have helped you to overcome obesity challenges, erases any doubts I may have had over venturing down this route.

Hearing from those of you just starting out on your clean-eating journeys makes me feel so excited, because I know, without a doubt, that you are about to embark on one of the most positive and rewarding lifestyle changes you could make.

Furthermore, my unshakeable belief that clean-eating is not a fad diet and when approached sensibly, can only result in improving your health, makes me feel more strongly than ever that I want to create a community in which we can all learn together.

I’d love to hear more from you so please do visit the newly opened forums and share your own stories. We all find inspiration and encouragement in each other and making significant lifestyle changes is so much easier with support.
