Apple Sours Smoothie
This fresh, clean apple smoothie is deliciously sharp, refreshing and cool. This smoothie provides plenty of hydrating water, antioxidants in the fresh apple and lemon, and a boost of energy from the naturally occurring carbohydrates. Simply blend, then pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
- Peel the lemon and remove the white pith (or at least as much as you can). Cut the lemon in half and remove the pips.
- Quarter the apple and remove the core, you don’t need to peel the apple.
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and process until smooth.
- Serve in chilled glasses or over ice.
