Apple Sours Smoothie

This fresh, clean apple smoothie is deliciously sharp, refreshing and cool. This smoothie provides plenty of hydrating water, antioxidants in the fresh apple and lemon, and a boost of energy from the naturally occurring carbohydrates. Simply blend, then pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!


  1. Peel the lemon and remove the white pith (or at least as much as you can). Cut the lemon in half and remove the pips.
  2. Quarter the apple and remove the core, you don’t need to peel the apple.
  3. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and process until smooth.
  4. Serve in chilled glasses or over ice.
