Dairy-Free Apple & Raisin Porridge

A really simple, clean-eating porridge recipe that provides a steaming hot bowl of nourishing oats. Made with dairy-free almond milk, apples and juicy raisins, this is a filling breakfast full of goodness.


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a small saucepan, stir with a wooden spoon and warm over a medium heat.
  2. Keep heating until the porridge has thickened and is starting to bubble. This should take about 5 minutes.
  3. If you like your porridge to be runnier then add more almond milk or water and stir until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Spoon the porridge into a bowl and top with raisins, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey.
