Fruity Chia Seed Porridge
This clean-eating recipe for overnight oats uses highly nutritious chia seeds and energy providing, wholegrain oats. This breakfast can be prepared the night before so that all you have to do in the morning is warm it for a few minutes. Alternatively, you can eat the oats cold which makes it even speedier!
- Prepare your porridge the evening before: Mash the banana well, stir in the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and almond milk. When well combined, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.
- When you are ready to eat: You can eat these oats cold if you wish, or heat in the microwave or on the hob for a few minutes if desired. Top with your dates, seeds, almonds and honey.
