Antioxidant-Rich Chocolate Granola

This clean eating chocolate granola is super healthy, packed full of raw antioxidants from the cacao and energy dense from the wholegrain oats and nuts.

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Mix together the oats, chopped nuts, salt, cacao nibs and cacao powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the honey and coconut oil to the bowl and stir well to coat all of the dry ingredients into the wet.
  4. Spread the granola on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes, stirring gently every 5 minutes. Keep an eye on the granola towards the end to make sure it doesn’t burn – you want the oats to be nicely toasted but not charred.
