Antioxidant-Rich Chocolate Granola
This clean eating chocolate granola is super healthy, packed full of raw antioxidants from the cacao and energy dense from the wholegrain oats and nuts.
- Pre-heat the oven to 175°C.
- Mix together the oats, chopped nuts, salt, cacao nibs and cacao powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the honey and coconut oil to the bowl and stir well to coat all of the dry ingredients into the wet.
- Spread the granola on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes, stirring gently every 5 minutes. Keep an eye on the granola towards the end to make sure it doesn’t burn – you want the oats to be nicely toasted but not charred.
