Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding

  1. Finely grate the orange zest and set to one side. Then peel and segment the orange to check for seeds.
  2. Add the orange zest, honey, orange segments and all of the rest of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend on high until nice and smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl or ramekin and chill overnight.
  4. When you are ready to eat the pudding, top with finely grated orange zest or a sprinkle of cacao.
