Citrus Sunshine Smoothie
This clean-eating green smoothie is zesty, tangy and lively. The smoothie takes only a few minutes to make and creates a large, hydrating drink full of vitamins, minerals and fibre.

As well as being a good source of vitamin C, citrus fruits such as lemons, oranges and grapefruits are an excellent source of potassium, folate, calcium, riboflavin and B vitamins. Citrus fruits also contain phytochemicals such as liminoids, flavonoids and carotenoids which help to protect against cancer, heart disease and other chronic diseases.
- Remove the outer peel from all of the fruits.
- Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
