Coconut & Strawberry Ice Lollies

Commercial ice lollies are inevitably made using refined sugars, or concentrated, processed fruit juices that are very high in sugars. These coconut and strawberry lollies are clean as a whistle, and are perfect for adults and children. Made using just fresh strawberries and coconut water, these lollies are refreshing and completely natural.

Method

  1. Remove the stems from the strawberries and wash well.
  2. Put the strawberries and the coconut water in a blender, and process until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture, if the berries are in season then you shouldn’t need any additional sweetener. If the smoothie doesn’t taste sweet enough then add the honey to taste.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours before serving.

    1. Hi Ann-Marie, you can usually find small bottles of it in the meal deal fridges as the ‘healthy option’ drink. You can find bigger bottles usually in the fresh juice fridges. I used Innocent water for my lollies but there are a few different brands around
