Sugar-Free Raspberry FroYo

This frozen dessert is luxuriously rich and fruity, without any of the artificial additives or sugar of commercial varieties. Simply made, with just three ingredients, this frozen yoghurt takes just minutes to prepare.

Method

  1. Blend the yoghurt, banana and raspberries in a blender or food processor until no lumps are remaining.
  2. Pour the mixture into a medium sized plastic container and place in the freezer.
  3. Leave the yoghurt to freeze for 4 hours. If possible, give the yoghurt a good stir every hour.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!

 

You can store this frozen yoghurt in the freezer until you want to eat it. However, if it has been in the freezer for more than 10 hours, you will need to allow it to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to thaw slightly before you scoop it out.
