Kale & Green Apple Smoothie

This green smoothie is refreshing and a nutritional powerhouse. A perfectly healthy, clean-eating start to the day. This smoothie recipe is filling enough to be enjoyed as a mid-morning snack or as a breakfast meal.


  1. Add the coconut water and the kale to your blender and blend on high until the leaves are well broken down.
  2. Add the apple, banana and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  3. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add water to thin the smoothie out.
  4. Optional – If the smoothie is to be a breakfast replacement, add 1 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 tsp of coconut oil.
